About the Role

Earn $35 to $5,000 per post (minimum) by posting 4–7 times per week (2-3 hours per week) on a new Instagram and/or TikTok account. The role is fully remote and includes guidance from a creator coach who has grown to over 200M views in just 6 months.

Whether you’re new to content or already growing your brand, this role gives you a clear structure, performance-based rewards, and growth support. All designed to help you grow your audience and earn real income.

You’ll be creating content like this on a new Instagram and/or TikTok account, featuring yourself on camera (talking, reacting, participating, etc.):

(1) Instagram Reel 1 (Talking Format - 1.8M views)

(2) Instagram Reel 2 (Trend Format - 1.6M views) (3) Instagram Reel 3 (Product Review Format - 1.3M views)

What You'll Do

• Create and post 4-7 videos per week on a new TikTok and/or Instagram account • Spend 2-3 hours per week creating and posting videos • Feature yourself on camera (talking, reacting, participating, etc.) • Make trendy, relatable, student-friendly content that’s fun and engaging • Optionally post on Latcher's official account (growing to over 500k+ followers on Instagram and TikTok) • Receive ongoing feedback, guidance, and support from our team
